These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution method established by bbc789.

2Member Age Limit & Eligibility

Bbc789 is an online entertainment platform dedicated to adults. The minimum age requirement to register and use bbc789 services is 18 years old. bbc789 takes this responsibility seriously and implements a strict identity verification (KYC) process for every new registration.

• Members must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Bbc789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid national ID or passport.
• Accounts found to be registered by underage individuals will be suspended immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that no underage individuals access their account.
• This platform is not available to individuals where the use of such services is prohibited by their local laws.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bbc789 account only. Holding more than one account, whether under a different name, phone number, email, or payment method, is considered a serious breach of these terms.

During the registration process, members are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as stated on your ID, an active phone number, and a valid email address. It is the member's responsibility to keep all information updated should any changes occur.

• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Bbc789 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to the bbc789 support team immediately.
• Bbc789 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data and transactions.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Members must submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of the payment method used. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Bbc789 supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are protected with the latest encryption technology to keep member funds secure.
